Personal Chef Services – As your personal chef, I will come to your home and create wonderful meals for you and your family, leaving your kitchen clean and your hunger satisfied.

The first and most important step is the personal consultation.  I will meet with you in the comfort of your own home to discuss your needs, preferences, and pricing.
After the initial consultation, we will plan a menu that fits your needs and desires.  We will set a day of the week that is convenient for you for me to come over and cook the meals.  You do not have to be at home for me to cook.
On the assigned day, I will shop for the freshest and highest quality ingredients appropriate to the menu.  Using my own kitchen equipment with your range and oven, I will prepare the meals, package and label them with heating instructions, and store your meals in your refrigerator or freezer.  Of course, I will clean the kitchen before I leave.

Pricing starts at $25 per serving plus the cost of groceries.



Catering Services – Having a party at your home? Want to impress your guest? Allow me to do all of the hard work. I will help you plan out your party and then do the necessary shopping, cooking, and serving so you can enjoy the festivities.



Personal Dining Experience – Let Chef Kelso turn your living room or dining room into the best table in a fine restaurant for an evening of pampered luxury. Chef Kelso arrives before dinner is to be served to bring in the food, cookware, utensils, and culinary items needed to prepare the evenings dinner. He sets up your in-home restaurant in the most elegant location in your home then begins work in your kitchen preparing the various courses which promise to excite your palette and provide you with a truly unique dining experience.
The menu is developed based on discussion you’ll have with Chef Kelso well in advance of the scheduled dinner. Based on the kinds of foods you most enjoy and your sense of adventure, Chef Kelso will send you a menu for approval. The complete dinner menu includes an appetizer course, a soup course, a salad course, the main course, dessert, and a wine pairing. Chef Kelso provides personalized table service throughout the evening, offering culinary descriptions and information about all that is served.
